2006-to-date - Mr Flynn opens his private practice at Tallaght Private Clinic and Beacon Clinic (March 2007)

His main areas of interest are;

green light laser prostatectomy
stone disease,
laparoscopic surgery
and neuro-urology.

2005-to-date - He was appointed as a Consultant Urologist in AMNCH Tallaght andthe National Rehabilitation Hospital, Dun Laoghaire.

2000-2005 - Mr. Flynn worked as a Consultant Urologist in Bridgend, South Wales

1995-2000 - He then underwent urological training in London and subsequently was appointed as a Specialist Registrar on the Wales Urological Training Programme .

1990-1993 - His basic surgical training was on the Dublin surgical rotation.

1989 - Mr. Flynn graduated from Trinity College Dublin.
