Ms Éilís Fitzgerald

Éilís is a consultant plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon engaged in full-time private practice. She obtained her medical degree from UCD in 2001, graduating with honours in every subject. Following basic surgical training, she undertook a Masters in surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, investigating the healing of problematic skin wounds. Having completed her higher specialist training in plastic surgery in Ireland, she undertook fellowships in reconstructive cosmetic surgery and the therapeutic use of medical lasers, in the UK. Thereafter, she was awarded the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) travelling fellowship, which facilitated six months spent in the Netherlands and London as the Dutch Association for Facial Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (DAFPRS) international fellow. She is enrolled on the Specialist Register in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in Ireland and the UK, and is an active member of the Irish Association of Plastic Surgeons and the British Medical Laser Association.
Ms Fitzgerald’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of aesthetic and cosmetic surgery, including procedures to the body, breast, and face. She also offers non-surgical and minimally-invasive facial aesthetic treatments. Additionally, she provides skin surgery, breast reconstruction, and hand surgery services. She has a sub-specialist interest in scar management and laser surgery.
